2. The Competition

2.2 The Competition is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date in accordance with clause 6.
2.3 The Competition is promoted through the Brand’s website, social media channels and associated creator and event communications.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The Competition opens at 9am on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST ON MONDAY 21 SEPTEMBER 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified.
3.2 To enter, participants must complete and submit the Flavour Cup entry form on the designated Dimension landing page during the Competition Period, providing all required information, including their full name, email address, telephone number, date of birth and an Instagram or TikTok handle.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries, including entries made using multiple email addresses or social accounts by the same person, may be disqualified.
3.4 We will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer or artificial intelligence; completed by third parties or in bulk; incomplete; illegible; altered; reconstructed; forged; tampered with; or otherwise submitted contrary to these terms.
3.5 We are not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed or transmitted, or that are lost, delayed, corrupted or misdirected because of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.6 By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over on the date of entry.
4.2 Entrants must be available from 11:00 on Tuesday 29 September 2026 and must be able to travel to Shoreditch, London, at their own cost if selected for a prize requiring attendance.
4.3 The Competition is not open to: (a) employees of MF Food & Beverage Limited; (b) employees of our agents, distributors, suppliers, event partners or any other person professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; (c) members of the immediate family or household of any person in (a) or (b); or (d) professional footballers or any person who is contracted as a player to a professional or semi-professional football club.
4.4 By entering, entrants confirm that they are eligible to enter and, if successful, eligible and able to claim and take up the relevant prize. We may request proof of age, identity, UK residence, eligibility and social account ownership.
4.5 We may disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition, who supplies false information, or who attempts to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process.
5. The Prizes
5.1 There are two prize categories:
5.1.1 Playing prize: four winners will each receive one place to play in the Flavour Cup on Tuesday 29 September 2026 at Powerleague Shoreditch, Braithwaite Street (off Bethnal Green Road), London E1 6GJ, next to Shoreditch High Street station. XO will provide the playing kit. Winners must bring their own suitable football boots.
5.1.2 Spectator prize: ten winners will each receive one ticket to watch the Flavour Cup live at the venue stated above.
5.2 Both prize categories include access to the post-event after-party at Sandwich Sandwich, 70 Mark Lane, London EC3R, from approximately 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Entry to and conduct at the after-party are subject to the venue’s rules. Alcohol, if available, will be served only to persons aged 18 or over and proof of age may be required.
5.3 Travel, accommodation, food, drink and all other expenses connected with taking up a prize are not included unless expressly stated. Winners are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from Shoreditch, London.
5.4 Prizes are personal to the winner, non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash alternative is available.
5.5 We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.
5.6 Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on a winner’s behalf. We are not responsible if a winner is unable to take up a prize for reasons outside our reasonable control.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The draw will take place on Tuesday 22 September 2026. Winners will be selected from all valid entries using a computer process that produces verifiably random results or by, or under the supervision of, an independent person.
6.2 The four playing-prize winners and ten spectator-prize winners will be drawn separately. Entrants may enter the playing category, the spectator category or both, and must select their chosen category or categories on the entry form. Each draw will include only the valid entries submitted for that category.
6.3 Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with their entry on or around 22 September 2026. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and for monitoring their messages.
6.4 A winner must respond within 48 hours of the time of first contact to confirm acceptance and provide any requested eligibility or logistical information. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, cannot take up the prize or does not provide the requested information, the prize may be forfeited and offered to a reserve winner selected from the remaining valid entries using the same method.
6.5 The result of the draw is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into, except where required to administer the Competition fairly.
6.6 We will make available information indicating that valid awards took place, ordinarily the surname and county of major prize winners, to anyone who contacts us at the address in clause 1.2 within one month after the Closing Date. A winner may object to some or all of this information being published or made available by contacting us. We may nevertheless provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
7. Event Participation and Safety
7.1 Playing-prize winners must arrive at the time and place notified by us, bring suitable football boots, wear the kit and safety equipment provided or required, follow all reasonable instructions from XO, Powerleague, match officials and event staff, and comply with the venue rules.
7.2 Football is a physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. Each playing-prize winner is responsible for considering whether they are physically fit and medically able to participate. A winner should seek medical advice before participating if they have any relevant condition or concern and must notify event staff of any material issue that may affect safe participation.
7.3 We may prevent or stop a person from participating where we reasonably consider this necessary for their own safety or the safety of others, or where they do not comply with instructions or venue rules. This does not create an entitlement to a substitute prize.
8. Photography, Filming and Publicity
8.1 The Flavour Cup and after-party will be photographed and filmed. By entering, entrants acknowledge that, if selected and attending, they may appear in photographs, audio-visual recordings and other content captured at the event.
8.2 As a condition of attending, selected winners will be required to confirm the image and video permission presented during entry and may be asked to sign a separate release before the event. Subject to that permission, the Brand may use the winner’s name, image, voice, likeness and content captured at the event across all owned XO Soda digital channels for six months without additional payment.
8.3 Any image or video permission will be handled separately from consent to receive direct marketing. Further information about the use of personal data and how to exercise applicable rights is available in our Privacy Policy.
9. Data Protection
9.1 We will process entrants’ personal data for the purpose of administering the Competition, validating entries, selecting and contacting winners, arranging attendance, preventing fraud and complying with our legal and regulatory obligations. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy at https://drinkxoxo.com/policies/privacy-policy
9.2 Entry into the Competition does not require consent to receive direct marketing. We will use an entrant’s details for email marketing only where they have provided a separate, optional marketing opt-in. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
9.3 We may share personal data with service providers and event partners only where reasonably necessary to administer and deliver the Competition and event, subject to appropriate safeguards.
9.4 Competition entry data will be retained for 12 months after the Competition closes, unless a longer period is required to resolve a complaint, establish or defend legal claims, meet legal obligations, or where the entrant has separately opted into marketing.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Insofar as permitted by law, we, our agents, event partners and distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant or winner, or accept liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from entering the Competition or taking up a prize, except where caused by our negligence or that of our employees, agents, event partners or distributors, or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory rights are not affected.
10.2 We accept no responsibility for technical failures, network issues, service interruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that affect the ability to submit a valid entry or receive a notification.
11. General
11.1 We may hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Competition or event where it becomes necessary to do so because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable and will seek to minimise disappointment to entrants and winners.
11.2 If there is reason to believe that an entrant has breached these terms, we may disqualify that entrant and, where appropriate, select a replacement winner.
11.3 If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
11.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live, where applicable.
11.5 Nothing in these terms establishes any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between the promoter and an entrant or winner.
