We want your first sip of XOXO to feel like pure self-love. If this is your first order and you’re not completely happy, just email us at hello@drinkxoxo.com within 30 days and we’ll refund your purchase - no hard feelings.
Please note: refunds under our Love-It Guarantee are offered at the Company’s discretion to protect against misuse of the offer.
If There’s a Problem With Your Order
Should your drinks arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@drinkxoxo.com. To help us understand the issue, we may ask for a photo or two. From there, we’ll decide the best solution, whether that’s sending you a replacement or arranging a refund.
How Refunds Work
Because our products are food and drink, we don’t usually accept returns, unless you’ve ordered a larger volume. Instead, once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll refund the affected items directly to your original payment method if that’s what you prefer. Banks and card providers can take a few days to process the refund, so it may not show up instantly.
Replacements
If you’d rather receive replacement cans instead of a refund, just let us know when you get in touch. We’ll make sure the correct items are sent out to you.
Subscription Cancellations
Monthly plans: You’re free to cancel whenever you like. If you cancel on the day of a scheduled delivery, the change will apply from your next delivery date.
